The 20th Annual Conference of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) has been scheduled for the 21st to 23rd August, 2012. The Theme is Manpower Development:Leveraging on Learning and Development For Organizational Excellence.

The Conference, which would attract over 500 Training and Human Resources Practitioners from the public and private sectors would be a forum where seasoned Training Practitioners brainstorm, interact and update their skills and knowledge and also recommend a roadmap for Training Professionals. This Conference will provide an opportunity for cross-fertilization ideas from various industries.
